Bulevar 360

Bulevar 360 is an innovative new construction project in Málaga, located in the emerging and strategically located neighborhood of Cortijo Merino. It combines the comfort and tranquility of a modern, green residential environment with the proximity of vibrant city life. Thanks to its location close to the University of Málaga, the Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía (PTA), Distrito Zeta, Teatinos, the airport and the AVE station, Bulevar 360 offers excellent accessibility for both work and leisure.

The project is part of a new urban district that will include a total of 1,250 housing units, complemented by commercial facilities, sports facilities and 13,770 m² of green areas. Bulevar 360 itself consists of 165 sustainable apartments spread over five floors. The homes range from 1 to 4 bedrooms, with surface areas between 60 m² and 193 m², and all feature spacious, bright terraces that provide an open and pleasant living environment.

Designed by renowned architectural firm Morph, this project focuses on innovation, comfort and sustainability. It achieves energy label AA and features advanced eco-friendly technologies such as lightweight façade construction, thermal break window frames, climalit glass, a heat recovery system, an aerothermal system and solar panels.

Bulevar 360 represents a new way of living: sustainable, future-oriented and with an eye for quality of life. Expected completion is in the first half of the year.
