The commission is already in the price
Developers include the real estate agent fee in their price list. You pay it either way, even if nobody tells you how much it is.

That's what we do our work for. The same percentage for every project, so we have no reason to recommend one project over another.
The rest is yours
Everything the developer pays above that 4%, you get back. The higher the commission, the more comes your way.
What developers pay per coast
The commission varies per project, but you can see a clear pattern per region. This is what developers pay brokers on average.
Costa Blanca North: average 6%

These are calculation examples, not specific projects. The actual commission varies per project. We'll share those details with you as soon as a project appeals to you.
Why doesn't anyone tell you this?
Because the system runs on what the buyer doesn't know. A real estate agent paid by the developer has little reason to tell you how much that is. Or to recommend you the project with the lowest commission.
We think you should simply know this. That's why we tell you with every project you're interested in, without you having to ask.
Do I pay the same price through Suplusnis?
Yes. You buy at the price on the developer's price list. The difference is what happens to the commission afterwards.
Do I always get something back?
If the developer pays more than 4%, yes. If it's less, we'll tell you that before you decide anything. You don't pay us anything in any case.
Why do you give the money back?
Because it's actually your money. It's in your purchase price. With 4% we can do our work well, and a fixed percentage keeps us honest in our advice.
