Viewing trip
Two days. Well prepared. We take care of the rest.
Buying a home in Spain is not something you do from your couch. You want to see the projects, feel the surroundings and know what it really looks like. That's why we organize a two-day viewing trip: on Monday and Tuesday, or on Thursday and Friday.
Well prepared
A good trip starts at home. Before you leave, we discuss together what you're looking for: your budget, the region, the type of property and what really matters to you. Based on that, we make a selection of projects that suit you. You'll receive all the information in advance, so you know what you're going to see.
The two days are quite intensive. Therefore, take an early morning flight, so we can start right after your landing. You can also come to Spain a day earlier. Then you'll start refreshed.
Completely carefree
You only need to show up. We schedule the appointments and coordinate everything with the developers. If you'd like, we'll pick you up from the airport or your hotel. Afterwards, we'll take you back to wherever you want. In between, we'll take care of lunch. You'll be with us the entire trip and can ask all your questions directly.
Day 1: viewings
On the first day we visit a maximum of five properties. We do this deliberately. This way you have time to look around properly at each property, and the projects don't blur together by the end of the day. We also look at the surroundings: the location, the amenities and the distance to the beach. At the end of the day we summarize everything. What stood out, what falls away and where would you like to take another look?
Day 2: Deepen or Broaden
On the second day we'll tailor things to what you need. Still undecided between a couple of properties? Then we'll go back for a second viewing. Want to see more? Then we'll visit two additional projects.
Take Action When It Feels Right
Found the right property? Then we can get straight to it. We'll help you with the first steps, such as reserving the property and arranging a power of attorney. With a power of attorney, the purchase can be completed without having to come back to Spain.
Haven't found it yet? Then we'll keep searching
That's no problem. You don't buy a home by accident. If the right property isn't among them yet, we'll keep looking. Without pressure and without rush, until we've found the home that truly suits you.
No free trip. But money back.
Many offices offer a free flight and free accommodation if you buy. That sounds nice, but it's taking from your own pocket. Those costs are simply paid from the commission that's built into your purchase price.
We don't do that. With us you get honest and independent advice. We tell you exactly what we receive from the developer. We keep 4% for ourselves and give you the difference back. Our guidance costs you nothing. In fact: in most cases you'll receive a substantial amount back from us after the commission is settled.
