Adagio

Adagio is an exclusive new construction project in Cancelada, located in one of the best areas of Estepona's New Golden Mile. The residential complex consists of 80 luxury apartments, ranging from 2- and 3-bedroom apartments to duplexes, single-family houses with gardens and/or large terraces, and penthouses with solariums. Each apartment has a storage room and garage, and most offer stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
This renowned area is chosen annually by thousands of tourists who stay in top luxury hotels such as the Kempinski Resort Hotel and the exclusive Villa Padierna. Cancelada is also a hotspot for golf lovers, as it is near some of Andalusia's best-known golf courses, including Flamingos Golf, Cancelada Club Golf, El Campanario Golf & Country House, and Atalaya Golf & Country Club. Horse-riders will find their paradise at the Escuela de Arte Ecuestre Costa del Sol, approved by the British Horse Society.
The urbanization offers a communal swimming pool, perfect for enjoying the more than 320 sunny days a year that the Costa del Sol offers. There are also an indoor gym, an outdoor sports area and a zen area to unwind. Residents also have access to the exclusive Clubhouse in Cancelada, completing the luxury experience of this project.
