Bulevar 360 is an innovative new construction project in Málaga, located in the emerging and strategically located neighborhood of Cortijo Merino. Designed by renowned architectural firm Morph, this project focuses on innovation, comfort and sustainability. It achieves energy label AA and features advanced eco-friendly technologies such as lightweight façade construction, thermal break window frames, climalit glass, a heat recovery system, an aerothermal system and solar panels.
Bulevar 360 represents a new way of living: sustainable, future-oriented and with an eye for quality of life. Expected completion is in the first half of the year.
