Cala Serena Sun

Located in La Cala de Mijas, in a prime location just 2 kilometres from the beach, Cala Serena Sun is a gated residential community comprising 68 newly built semi-detached homes that combines quality of life, natural surroundings and an unbeatable location. Here, the sea isn't just a destination: it's part of your everyday life.

The development offers 3- and 4-bedroom townhouses arranged in 8 rows, all south-facing, with spacious terraces or gardens and spectacular sea views from most of the units. The layouts are open-plan and well-balanced, with kitchens and bathrooms fitted to the highest standard. Some homes include a private plunge pool. Parking and storage rooms are located in the basement with direct access.

The communal areas are designed with enjoyment and well-being in mind: a communal swimming pool, landscaped gardens, a gym, a sauna, a spa and a chill-out area.

And when you fancy going out, everything is within easy reach. Within a 7-minute walk, you'll find golf courses, shopping centres, supermarkets, restaurants, shops and a health centre. By car, it's less than 20 minutes from Málaga International Airport and Puerto Banús, and just 15 minutes from Marbella's historic centre. With direct access to the A-7 and close to the AP-7, getting around the Costa del Sol is easy from anywhere.
