The prices listed are excluding 10% IVA (VAT). You should also take into account the stamp duty (1,2 to 1,5%) that is charged on a new property. Also keep in mind the costs of a lawyer, notary and the transfer of gas, electricity and water. And, if necessary, arranging NIE numbers and opening a bank account. For convenience, you can calculate that the cost on top of the purchase price is around 14%.
