The commission is paid by the project developer and is included in the selling price. As a buyer, you pay us nothing extra. In fact, you usually even get money back from us after delivery of the property.

Yes, you can. For a second home, you can finance up to 70% of the property value through a Spanish bank. You pay the remaining 30% yourself, plus approximately 10–13% in purchase costs. These purchase costs cannot be financed and must be paid from your own funds.

We are active on the Costa Blanca, Costa Cálida and Costa del Sol and offer almost all new-build projects in these regions with a starting price below €1 million. Because our advice should never be influenced by what a project brings us. Do we receive more than 4%? Then that belongs to you, not to us.
