Capri

Capri is an exclusive new construction project extending over breathtaking views of both the Mediterranean Sea and the majestic Sierra Bermeja mountains in Estepona. Inspired by the beauty of nature and Mediterranean life, Capri unites architecture and environment in a unique way, where sunlight and Mediterranean ambience seem to mark time.
Capri homes offer spacious and perfectly laid out interior spaces that excel in light and openness. Thanks to the large terraces of the apartments, the solariums of the penthouses and the private gardens of the first floor, the outdoor life of the Costa del Sol becomes part of your daily life. Capri's design is based on soft, organic lines that blend perfectly with the surrounding landscape. The symbiosis between the buildings and gardens creates a visual and functional integration, while respecting the natural and urban landscape.
Capri is located in an exceptionally beautiful natural landscape, surrounded by the coast of Málaga and the Sierra Bermeja, creating a unique biodiversity and a variety of climates and landscapes. This makes it an ideal place for both rest and adventure, with the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors all year round.
Capri offers an array of high-quality community amenities. Among the most notable amenities are two outdoor pools, a coworking space, a fully equipped fitness center and a sauna with shower rooms. Designed to enhance residents' comfort and quality of life, these amenities provide the perfect space for relaxation and recreation.
The Guadalmansa River winds through the hills on its way to the sea, and the views from Capri are truly spectacular. This strategically chosen location offers excellent access to both Estepona and Marbella, allowing you to enjoy both the beautiful surroundings and all the benefits of the city. Capri is just 10 minutes from Puerto Banús, with its chic atmosphere, exclusive boutiques, restaurants and spectacular marina. Thanks to its proximity to Malaga, you can also enjoy the city's rich cultural agenda.
Capri has excellent access to the region's main roads, making it perfectly located for daily convenience. It is just 10 minutes from Puerto Banús and less than 45 minutes from Málaga International Airport, making it easy for residents and travelers to enjoy all that this region has to offer year-round.
This prestigious project is being built in three phases, giving residents the opportunity to experience different phases of the project. The first phase is now under construction, and the final phase of Capri is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2028.
This prestigious project offers not only luxury homes, but also a lifestyle in harmony with nature, the climate and the unique atmosphere of the Costa del Sol. Capri is the ideal place for those looking for a quiet, yet dynamic lifestyle, with everything you need at your fingertips.
