Sky Casares Golf

Skye Casares Golf is a modern new development in Casares, set on an elevated location with views over the sea and the golf course. The project consists of ten buildings with a total of 49 homes, all featuring three bedrooms. The southwest orientation provides plenty of natural light and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding landscape.
The design follows the natural slope of the terrain, with the buildings positioned on different levels so that each apartment enjoys optimal views. At the heart of the complex are the communal facilities: a large swimming pool with sun terrace, surrounded by landscaped gardens where residents can relax and enjoy the scenery. In addition, there is a gym and a modern co-working space, ideal for those who wish to combine work and leisure.
The apartments are bright and spacious, with open layouts, high-quality finishes, and a calm color palette in natural tones. The ground-floor homes feature elevated private gardens with plenty of privacy, while the penthouses offer large terraces with panoramic views of the sea and the golf course. All apartments have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
Skye Casares Golf is located in a quiet and fully established residential area with 24-hour security. The location borders the renowned Finca Cortesín resort and is just a short distance from beaches, golf courses, marinas, and restaurants. Within the community, the nearby golf club with its restaurant and social events creates a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
The location is ideal for those seeking peace while still being close to everything. Estepona and Sotogrande are only a few minutes away, and the international airports of Málaga and Gibraltar can both be reached within an hour. The surrounding area also offers some of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol, including Finca Cortesín, Valderrama, and Sotogrande Golf.
Skye Casares Golf offers a modern and comfortable living experience in a green and tranquil setting, with stunning views of the sea and the golf course. A place where style, comfort, and the relaxed Costa del Sol lifestyle come together perfectly.
